A REMINDER TO PARENTS: All children who are Kindergarten age through 8th Grade and are NOT attending a Catholic school, need to be registered in the parish CCD program.
Confirmation Meeting on October 16 at 9:10 in the Parish Center for all Confirmation students (both in public and Catholic schools). Please plan to attend.
PENNIES FOR LIFE
Parishioners are asked to donate one penny for each year of their lives in thanksgiving to God for the life He has given them. See thru containers will be placed in the vestibule of the church next weekend marked with “Pennies for Life” for your donations.
The proceeds will be collected and given to the local pregnancy centers.
Parish Council of Catholic Women News
The PCCW will be collecting socks, travel size bottles of shampoo, deordorant, toothpaste, tissues, etc to give to a shelter or charity during the holidays. There will be a box in the back of church for your donations.
PCCW is now selling Gardner's Candy. Next PCCW meeting will be 11/7 at 6:30 in the parish center.
Sunday, November 6 @ 7:00 PM: God's Not Dead 2--a story of a history teacher's fight to keep her job after being accused of violating the rule of separation of church and state.
Brother's Pizza Day
The next Brother's Pizza Day will be October 20. Come out and enjoy your favorite pizza or sub and support the parish. Ten percent of the sales are donated back to the parish.
Knights of Columbus Council-- General meetings are held every 4th Sunday of the month, at 7 p.m. in the Deacon Rich Weaver Center.
Grocery and Walmart Cash Cards can be purchased after Masses or at the parish office. Please continue to purchase or help sell them after Masses. They are a good source of income for our parish.
Adorations every Thursday from 7 PM to 8 PM in our Parish. Please come and join! Let us spend an hour together with Our Lord and recite Evening Prayer.
Memorial Walkway Bricks can be purchased in honor or memory of a loved one or family. Use the order form below. New bricks are usually installed once a year in the spring or fall.
