The Reverend Caesar Belchez

Father Belchez was installed as the new pastor of St. Joseph The Worker on June 18, 2006. Father joined the Order of Preachers (Dominicans) in the Philippines in 1977. He earned his degrees in Philosophy from the Dominican Studium Generale and Theology from the Ecclesiastical Faculties of Sto. Tomas University in Manila. He taught Philosophy and Theology at Sto. Tomas University and other institutions of higher learning run by the Dominicans in the Philippines. He received his Master of Divinity degree from the Pontifical College Josephinum in Columbus, Ohio in 1993 and was ordained for the Diocese of Harrisburg in 1995. Besides his parish duties, Father also serves as the chaplain at Gettysburg College.
